For the Teddybear daycare center in Grenchen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for
a daycare manager, 80 – 100 %
We are looking for a person who
- enjoys leading a team of about 10 employees
- reliably ensures the operational business with organizational flair
- brings pedagogical expertise purposefully for the further development of the daycare
- contributes to a family atmosphere in the daycare with their life experience and composure
- enjoys working not only in management but also in caring for the children
- appreciates independent work and close exchange with the management of KITA Bachtelen
You bring with you
- training as a childhood educator HF
- several years of professional and leadership experience in managing a daycare center and corresponding further training
- leadership strength and creativity
- desire and implementation strength to take responsibility for the further development of the daycare
