Your tasks
- Operational management of controlling for the hospitals of the Asana Group (Menziken and Leuggern)
- Collaboration in the ongoing maintenance and expansion of cost accounting based on national standards (especially REKOLE)
- Creation and maintenance of meaningful controlling reports and variance analyses
- Further development of the MIS based on QlikSense
- Collaboration in the timely preparation of forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans
- Timely preparation of analyses, evaluations, and statistics for authorities and tariff partners
- Provision of management information and consulting of line departments in business management matters
- Coordination of operational tasks in medical controlling
- Training of managers and employees
- Participation in projects
- Deputy to the CFO
Your profile
- Degree as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent education with a focus on business administration/controlling at FH or HF level
- Several years of solid practical professional experience in corporate accounting
- Knowledge of SAP (modules CO/MM) and QlikSense is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare/hospital is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the application and implementation of Swiss GAAP FER and REKOLE
- Willingness for regular presence at the Leuggern and Menziken locations
