YOUR TASKS
- Management, coordination, and supervision of projects, especially construction projects.
- You are responsible for project management, capturing ideas, pursuing them through application submission to completion/hand-over (SIA 112, phases 1-6)
- You coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with internal and external parties, architects, authorities, and partners and ensure transparent reporting to the Steering Committee
- You take over the control/optimization of costs, deadlines, and quality
- You prepare and review inquiries, offers, and contracts
- You support budget planning, check invoices, and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
- Coordination of public tender procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a technical vocational training (certified technician HF building construction or comparable) with additional training in project management
- You have several years of professional experience and also have a track record in project management. Ideally, you know the processes and functions of a hospital operation
- You convince with the ability to analyze complex projects user-oriented, structure them, and implement them purposefully
- You bring solid technical and business understanding
- You are fluent in German, English is an advantage
- Communication skills, teamwork, high personal responsibility, and a solution-oriented, pragmatic working style characterize you
