- Certified cook with experience in à la carte restaurants.
- Ability to independently manage Gardemanger and Pâtisserie stations.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene protocols.

immediately or by arrangement
Task:
- Area of responsibility cold kitchen: Gardemanger & Patisserie
- Preparing our dishes as well as proper handling of products
- Responsible for mise en place of the assigned station
- Adhering to and implementing our hygiene concept
- Participating in all processes and working methods
Experience:
- trained cook with skill certificate
- independent management of the Gardemanger & Pâtisserie stations
- experience in an à la carte restaurant
