About the job
Your workplace will be located at the general management office in Echallens. You will report to the executive assistant and your main mission will be to provide a friendly and quality reception to our clientele.
Your main tasks:
- Receive, inform, and direct internal and external interlocutors.
- Handle telephone reception, direct callers, and transmit messages.
- Attend meetings involving structure directors and write the minutes.
- Perform various administrative tasks and update internal databases.
- Sort, dispose of, or transfer documents to archives according to the filing plan.
- Monitor the condition of merchandise and place orders as needed.
Your profile:
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and friendly by nature, you easily connect with others and communicate precisely, openly, and respectfully. You have a developed sense of service and do not hesitate to be helpful and offer assistance. You work autonomously, are organized, discreet, and highly skilled in writing quality minutes.
Holding a commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent, you have 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have good computer skills (MS Office) and master French both orally and in writing.
