Your main tasks:
- Implementing smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
- Organizing and optimizing workflows including quality controls
- Material management and monitoring of material consumption
- Supporting the recruitment of cleaning staff and holiday replacements
- Staff management (introduction, deployment and vacation planning, training, recording working hours and absences, reporting personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
- Organizing and reporting on additional services
- Supporting the Facility Services Manager in administrative and operational processes
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of cleaning
- Several years of experience in maintenance cleaning and/or special cleaning or in the field of facility services with a focus on cleaning
- Proven experience in team leadership is essential
- Good German skills in spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use various internal tools
- Precise, structured and independent way of working
- High quality awareness, strong customer orientation and impeccable manners
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
