Your tasks:
- Simple technical troubleshooting (lock, lighting, carpet, etc…)
- Restocking kitchen corners (coffee, tea, soap, etc…)
- Ordering and storage (coffee, printer paper, supplies)
- Arranging conference rooms according to requests
- Setting up furniture according to requests
- Internal moves, rearrangement of workspaces
- Waste sorting management
- Support for the IT service
- First-level troubleshooting (audio-visual) in conference rooms
- Salting in winter
- Administrative management of intervention requests via internal software
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
- Collecting and organizing mail for postal dispatch
- Preparing DHL and FedEx shipments
- Point of contact with service providers (Post, DHL, FedEx)
Your profile:
- Trained in a technical field (operations agent, general building maintenance)
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum level C1)
- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
- Good skills in using computer tools (MS Office)
- Ease in contacts
- Neat presentation
- Strong customer orientation
- Empathy, respect, helpfulness, kindness, discretion
