Your Contribution
- You are the main contact person for our customers in the processing and settlement of claims in the areas of personal liability, business liability, and motor vehicle insurance with personal injury
- You are responsible for clarifying the facts, assessing coverage and liability, as well as settling claims and enforcing recourse
- You conduct clarifications and negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, lawyers, and other insurance companies
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial or equivalent basic education, preferably in the insurance sector, with experience in claims handling and/or underwriting in the liability and motor vehicle insurance area at a private insurer
- You possess outstanding communication skills and convincing negotiation abilities. You enjoy direct contact with customers and like to support them in finding solutions
- Fluent German in spoken and written form. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
- Independence, reliability, and efficiency, combined with team player qualities, characterize you
- Openness to change and the ability to see it as an opportunity complete your profile
