Retro Train Host / Retro Train Hostess
The Retro Train runs according to a defined schedule, only on weekends and for a few events during the week. The service lasts between 7 and 10 hours and takes place on Friday evening, Saturday noon and evening, as well as Sunday noon. As a host/hostess on the Retro Train, you create an immersive and memorable experience for the customers through authentic service and atmosphere.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have completed your compulsory schooling and have experience in service or sales
- You are available to work on weekends, according to a defined schedule
- Your customer orientation and taste for human contact are among your strengths
- You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate good physical endurance
- You work proactively and have good stress management
- As a native French speaker, you ideally have good oral knowledge of German and/or English
- You are comfortable using an iPad touchscreen tablet

- You participate in the preparation of the Retro Train as well as in the supply and loading of goods
- You welcome customers on board
- You serve meals and drinks during the journey
- You accompany customers while ensuring compliance with various safety regulations related to the railway sector
- You ensure the cleaning of dishes, tables, and floors as well as the tidying up of used equipment
