As of August 1, 2026, the Allschwil Leisure Center offers a position as
with a focus on open youth work and youth promotion.
The Allschwil Leisure Center operates according to a socio-cultural concept and offers open programs for parents with toddlers, children, and youth. Other areas of activity include events, courses and educational offerings, room and equipment rentals, as well as a bistro and catering. You will find an exciting field of activity with great creative freedom and a lot of responsibility in child and youth promotion.
Your tasks
• Co-responsible for the operation or managing individual opening hours in the youth center
• Accompanying the youth and supporting the implementation of their concerns and ideas
• Collaborating in the organization and execution of events, holiday programs, and projects with and for youth
• Cross-departmental assignments in all areas of the leisure center (children's meeting, bistro, etc.)
• Administration and back office, including public relations
Your profile
• Education in social work FH/HF, socio-cultural animation FH/HF, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in open work with youth
• High communication and social skills, assertiveness, and resilience
• Good German skills, sense of responsibility, humor, openness, and flexibility
• IT user skills (MS Office, Canva, WordPress, etc.)
• Social media knowledge and a driver's license are an advantage
