In our Real Estate division, we manage, build, and operate the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank with over 100 colleagues. Together with you, we want to shape the future – and for that, we are building the locations of tomorrow. In the 'Corporate Real Estate Portfolio & Projects' department, we manage the real estate lifecycle, are responsible for the development of our portfolio, and implement all new construction and renovation projects.
Your Tasks
- Implementing a user-oriented real estate management that ensures sustainable economic, ecological, and social development.
- Supporting the further development and networking of suitable control instruments for analyzing, planning, and developing the real estate portfolio.
- Planning and coordinating investments in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders and in close coordination with controlling.
- Developing individual property strategies and presenting options for action for individual locations.
- Working together with construction project management to develop solution strategies and feasibility studies.
- Being responsible, together with external and internal partners, for evaluating existing locations and searching for alternative locations.
- Handling purchase, sales, and rental transactions within a sub-portfolio.
Your Profile
- You have completed training in the real estate sector, e.g., architecture or civil engineering studies at ETH, FH, and further education in Real Estate Management, or similar.
- You have several years of experience in the realization of complex real estate projects and bring new perspectives – for example, from the retail sector.
- Ideally, you have experience in Corporate Real Estate Management or in the real estate environment of large companies.
- You think both strategically and tactically and quickly get to the point with your topic.
- With your communication and coordination skills, you engage both internal and external stakeholders and speak their language.
- You identify with our values and have an idea of what they could mean in the context of the new role.
