The Zug Cantonal Hospital is a modern acute care hospital for extended basic care and has over 180 beds. Our approximately 1,200 employees care for around 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients each year. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Institute for Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, we are looking for a medical secretary anesthesiology 40 - 60% on a fixed-term basis from now until November 30, 2025

Your Tasks

Planning and organization of the preoperative consultation hours
Patient reception, including telephone triage and instruction of patients
Service recording and management of the electronic patient record
Performing ECGs, delirium screening, organizing patient blood management, and measuring vital parameters

Your Profile

Completed training as a medical practice assistant or medical secretary
Experience in consultation organization and patient administration
Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as confident prioritization
Team-oriented, collegial, and reliable personality
Fluent German, English skills are an advantage
