We in the financial controlling department of Zürcher Kantonalbank create the foundation for well-founded decisions by providing and analyzing business management facts. We are fundamentally modernizing our revenue accounting while simultaneously working through an extensive backlog from operations and ongoing optimization. For this, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who, as a Business Engineer in our DevOps team, drives the further development of our controlling solutions (especially SAP BW and SAP PaPM). Your tasks
- Development and evaluation of sustainable solution approaches considering technical and economic aspects
- Analysis and precise specification of professional requirements and support of their implementation in close cooperation with the Product Owner, other Business Engineers, subject matter experts as well as IT architects and developers
- Active participation in implementing, testing, and introducing new solutions
- You enrich our team and collaboration with the departments with your ideas and impulses
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, banking & finance, business engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in business/requirement engineering or business analysis at a financial service provider, ideally with a focus on controlling or revenue accounting
- Solid understanding of banking products, services, and their revenue structures
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and certifications in business engineering (e.g., IREB) and/or project management (e.g., IPMA) are a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high IT affinity as well as quick comprehension and good judgment
- Very good oral and written German skills
