Skills
- Law degree (lic.iur./MLaw), with attorney license preferred.
- Experience as a corporate lawyer or in administration.
- Strong communication skills in German; Italian is a plus.

What to expect
- Insurance law issues (KVG/UVG/VVG), including the implementation of the social insurance procedure in the area of mandatory health care insurance as well as representation before state courts
- Legal advice and support for various business units, especially in the areas of debt collection, contract law, corporate law, labor law, liability law, as well as cooperation with third parties
- Contract drafting and review (especially outsourcing according to FINMA)
- Monitoring and implementation of developments in legislation and case law
- Participation in projects and interdisciplinary working groups

What you bring
- Completed law degree (lic.iur./MLaw),
Bar admission is an advantage
- Professional experience as a corporate lawyer, in advocacy,
administration and/or judiciary, experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Networked and result-oriented thinking
- Independent, solution-oriented and careful working style
- Confident and target group-appropriate communication in German, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
