Construction Foreman Pavement Region Mittelland (m/f)

The KIBAG Mittelland pavement organization carries out installations of rolled asphalt and mastic asphalt, pulling of manhole covers (KIBAG Nivo), sealing and joint work for internal and external customers. You organize, lead, and supervise the construction work from planning to handover. You focus on economically optimal implementation, check the quality execution of construction orders, and ensure timely completion. You are supported by administration for all administrative matters and have access to modern infrastructure and first-class technical equipment. You know how to motivate your employees and take on a role model function regarding occupational safety.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent construction management of pavement installations, from small customer jobs to large infrastructure projects
- Work preparation, planning, and supervision of the work to be performed for internal customers
- Overall responsibility from work preparation to payment receipt for external customer orders
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, as well as checking their invoices
- Flexible response to unforeseen changes in schedules and construction processes
- Good relationship management with internal and external customers and authorities
- Representation towards the client and construction management within the defined scope of tasks
- Control and optimization of workflows, resources used, and processes on the construction site
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety on the construction site
- Compliance with project-specific requirements and all relevant laws
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a construction foreman or civil engineer
- Several years of professional experience as a construction foreman in road construction
- Organizational talent with interdisciplinary thinking and acting
- Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
- Communication skills and negotiation ability
- Precise and customer-oriented working style
- Good IT skills
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking
