About the job
METTLER TOLEDO is a globally leading technology company – innovative, international, and with a culture that combines pragmatic action with high quality standards. Our in-house pension fund manages around CHF 850 million for approximately 2,500 beneficiaries. In a small, well-coordinated team with a high degree of digitalization, we create noticeable changes: we implement future-oriented pension solutions, optimize processes, drive digitalization and data protection projects forward, and are responsible for the interface between insured persons, management, and the board of trustees. Those who enjoy ownership, immediate impact, and close collaboration in a collegial, hands-on environment will find great development opportunities with us – both professionally and towards management. That is why we are looking for a deputy manager, working 80–100%, who works operationally and also thinks conceptually and strategically. Tasks: Professional leadership and control of the operational insured administration (BVG/social insurances) – close to daily business and hands-on. Supportive involvement in handling complex benefit cases (e.g., entries/exits, disability/age, WEF, special constellations) with a high service orientation. Conceptualization and end-to-end implementation of projects (digitalization of processes/documents, data protection, board of trustees elections) including roadmap, milestones, and stakeholder management. Further development of internal communication: maintenance/optimization of the web presence (DE/EN), writing clear insured information, planning and conducting info events. Committee work: preparation of board of trustees meetings, creation of documents, minute-taking, and follow-up of resolutions. Process and policy optimization in a highly digitalized environment (e.g., M365/SharePoint/CMS/DMS), ensuring data quality and compliance. Deputizing for management: risk/operational security and holiday cover; gradual takeover of further management topics. Close collaboration in the small team: mutual representation, knowledge exchange, and pragmatic tackling of tasks.
