YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Matching customer requirements with the generic product and creating a project-specific system description
- Creating project-specific documentation such as interface specifications (BU), hardware design, release notes, parts lists, etc.
- Software configuration of ESTW systems according to system requirements and project-specific features
- Support during assembly, installation, testing, commissioning as well as homologation and all other project-related activities
- Coordination with internal teams, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Participation in bid teams to handle the technical part of offers, ensuring fulfillment of customer requirements while aligning the solution with the generic product
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical education as an electrical, mechanical, or computer engineer (ETH/TU/FH) or comparable qualification
- Several years of project experience in railway signaling is desired. Experience in ESTW projects is a great advantage
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of railway signaling (electrical interlockings)
- Experience in requirements management with Polarion tool
- Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language, English skills are a great advantage
- Team player, independent, goal- and solution-oriented
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
