We are looking for an empathetic and strategically thinking HR leader who actively shapes human resources as a central strategic lever for a healthy, future-oriented organization.
Your Mission and Tasks
Our HR is being realigned as part of a reorganization. For this, we are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented person who leads our small HR team both professionally and personally and builds and further develops our HR through this change phase and beyond.
Your workday is versatile and dynamic: You work closely with various stakeholders and are active both administratively and operationally. In this key role, you take on holistic responsibility and shape the entire employee experience:
- Strategic Partnership: You act as a trusted sparring partner for the leadership team and managers, relieving them in operational business and actively supporting organizational change processes
- Personnel Administration & Payroll: You are responsible for the operational implementation of the entire employee lifecycle and ensure smooth, legally compliant personnel administration, including end-to-end payroll and social security
- Digitization & Data: You drive the digitization of HR systems with a user-centered approach and use people analytics as a basis for well-founded management decisions
- Cultural Development: You strengthen the appreciative corporate culture and anchor important initiatives such as modern feedback systems and clear career paths in everyday life.
- HR Communication: You share responsibility for clear, consistent, and legally compliant HR communication internally and externally. Your communication is clear, empathetic, and effective – you find the right tone for different personalities.
- Team Leadership: You lead and further develop the HR area professionally and personally and establish it as a strong, strategic unit
Your Profile and Know-how
You convince us with the following experience
- Career: A solid HR further education (e.g., HR specialist) and 7 to 12 years of comprehensive experience in operational personnel management and people operations
- Law & Administration: Established routine in payroll as well as confidence in Swiss labor law and local social security systems
- Systems & Processes: Proficient handling of modern HRIS systems (ideally Abacus), focus on high data quality and enjoyment in automating processes
- Consulting Experience: Hands-on experience in advising managers and employees on personnel and operational issues. You also know how to support change processes from an HR perspective
