Medical Practice Assistant (MPA / MFA) 60-80 %

The Bad Zurzach outpatient clinic is an interdisciplinary center with a wide range of specialties (including rheumatology, cardiology, pain medicine, neurology, internal medicine) and therapies (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, among others). In addition, we operate a specialized wound outpatient clinic and work closely with the Bad Zurzach inpatient rehabilitation clinic.

Your tasks

• Reception: You welcome our patients, triage them, and coordinate the medical and therapeutic consultations
• Administration: You take over case administration, billing (DynaMed, Polypoint RAP, MCC KIS), and maintain the electronic medical records together with the medical team
• Assistance: You support specialized medical consultations (e.g., rheumatological infiltrations, cardiological stress ECGs, neurological Botox treatments) and independently perform infusion therapies, resting ECGs, spirometry, long-term blood pressure measurements, and minor procedures
• Materials: You are co-responsible for the proper handling of consumables, medications (in cooperation with the hospital pharmacy), and the maintenance of medical devices

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Experience: You have experience in wound care; additional knowledge in various specialties and leadership experience are advantageous
• Personality: You bring personal responsibility, process-oriented thinking, an empathetic attitude, as well as teamwork skills, resilience, and good communication abilities
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office and common hospital systems is a matter of course for you
• Languages: Good knowledge of German
