- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry as well as an independent and clean working style
- First experience in a comparable position and confident handling of guest contact
- Guest- and service-oriented demeanor with impeccable manners
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and responsibility in daily work
- Very good German and English skills, ideally experience with the Opera operating system
