- Active support for social welfare recipients and long-term unemployed individuals in re-entering the labor market
- Targeted acquisition of companies as well as active maintenance and expansion of the network of employers
- Process support, coaching, and application assistance in the search for a paid job
- Working with predefined case strategies and documentation in the case management system
- Close collaboration with social services and involved specialist offices, institutions, internal as well as external integration offers
- Degree at tertiary level or EFZ with recognized further training (e.g., in HR, job coaching, supported employment)
- Several years of professional experience, experience in the private sector, and very good knowledge of the current labor market
- Committed, engaging personality with strong social, counseling, and acquisition skills
- High self-management, communication, and team skills as well as enjoyment of a high frequency of conversations
- Quick comprehension of complex situations, decision-making ability within the given framework, as well as structured, process-oriented working style and confident handling of IT tools
