Your new role
As a professional guardian, you will carry out child and adult protection mandates on behalf of the KESB Region St.Gallen. You will be competently supported in administrative tasks by our specialist services. You will take over an existing portfolio of mandates and be part of a dedicated and high-performing team made up of a mix of social workers and legally trained professionals. This position is for you if
- You have a tertiary qualification as a social worker or lawyer.
- You ideally already have practical experience in conducting guardianship measures.
- You have furthered your education in the areas of child protection, adult protection, social security law, mediation, or systemic/solution-oriented counseling.
- You are motivated to learn new things every day and face challenges in your professional life with joy.
- You are confident in dealing with crisis and conflict situations.
- You enjoy working with a variety of people, professionals, and family constellations and have a good approach to conflicting expectations.
- You are skilled in negotiation, goal-oriented, and assertive.
