What are your tasks:
- Leading the youth center in a team of three (and one volunteer)
- Practical training of our trainee (community animation)
- Socio-cultural offerings and projects in the youth center and in public spaces
- Relationship work with children and young people
- Networking work with the school / SSA and locally relevant actors
- Public relations and administration
What do you bring:
- Completed training in socio-cultural animation or social work (FH), community animation (HF), or related fields
- Practical experience in open child and youth work
- Further training in practical guidance (PAL), or the willingness to complete this
- Team ability, initiative, creativity, flexibility, and empathy
- Appreciative communication style at eye level and in different roles
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings and weekends)
- Enjoyment of administrative and planning tasks
- IT affinity (Office and Social Media) and a quick grasp of concepts
