- Managing the offer process end-to-end (Lead to Order) with the goal of creating high-quality offers on time
- Managing the internal approval process and controlling the involved departments with close involvement of the customer and the specification offices
- Controlling and coordinating the approval of certain transactions up to the management level
- Supporting the optimization and further development of the Lead to Order process
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the management

- Several years of professional experience in the operational handling of offers
- Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and good self-management

- Communicative team player with a good sense of stakeholder management
- Very good German skills (C2, spoken and written) as well as French and/or English skills (B2) are an advantage
