• Participation in production planning and assortment design
• Implementation of certification requirements for Bio-Knospe
• Maintenance of machines and irrigation systems
• Interface to various suppliers
• Supervision, guidance, and support of employees in protected workplaces and residents based on their individual needs
• Keeping documentation and creating target and action plans as well as other administrative tasks
• Work with contact persons
• Assistance in organizing and conducting events
• Support in training apprentices

• Completed training as an ornamental plant gardener EFZ or a person with equivalent skills and experience
• Completed or ongoing vocational training in the agogic or social field is an advantage
• Commitment, resilience, independence
• Team player
• German language skills (spoken and written)

• Well-managed cafeteria with three freshly prepared menus daily
• Good accessibility by public transport
