Your tasks:
In this varied role, you take on the organization and coordination of semester exams for several degree programs. You maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders. The following activities are also part of your responsibilities:
- Coordination and organization of semester exams for the degree programs Business Law (WR), Business Administration (BÖK), International Management (IM), and Business Information Technology (BIT)
- Creation of the cross-location exam schedule in collaboration with lecturers and exam management
- Room organization and planning of exam settings for compensations
- Organization and supervision of written and electronic exams on site
- Creation and processing of exam-relevant documents as well as close cooperation with the LearningLab
- Planning and conducting exam reviews
We are looking for a flexible person who works on site during exam periods (80–100%) and reduced hours (about 40%) during quieter times; home office is possible outside exam periods.
Your profile:
You are a reliable, resilient, and highly flexible personality with a pronounced talent for organization. Your working style is structured, service-oriented, and independent. The following points complete your profile:
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience (preferably in a university environment)
- Very good command of the German language plus good English skills
- Solid experience in independently handling complex tasks, ideally with direct customer contact
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office), experience with SAP is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders as well as openness to new tools and processes
