• Maintain dialogue with parents and guardians

• Implementation of the educational concept
• Responsibility for the guidance and qualification of FaBeK trainees

• Training as a childcare specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience, experience in supervising trainees and interns is desired
• Solution-oriented, committed and empathetic personality
• Differentiated communication
