- CFC/AFP in retail management or equivalent experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, organized, and versatile individuals are preferred.

About the job
- Advice and sales focused on customer satisfaction
- Management of the technical garden (tiles, soil, garden items, do-it etc.)
- Ordering, setting up and presenting merchandise
- Management of goods flow and stock monitoring
- Processing sales and handling the cash register.
- Federal VET Diploma/Certificate of Professional Education in retail management or equivalent training
- Successful experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in advice and sales
- Ease in human contacts and sense of service
- Dynamic, organized, versatile and willing person
- Forklift license, an advantage.

We are active in the fields of cereal reception and processing, sale of agricultural inputs, sale of fuels and combustibles, as well as retail trade with our Garden Center.
