Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
As a process engineer, you work in the "Business Solutions" cluster and specifically in the "Pharma Engineering Solutions" circle. You work in the area of operational and project engineering.
In addition, you support existing and new galenic production facilities for commercial and clinical production, which are integrated into the infrastructure. The process plants to be supported have a very high degree of automation and are strongly networked with each other and with higher-level IT systems.
Efficient and effective order/project processing and operational support according to the processes relevant for the provision of services:
- Planning, qualification, and commissioning of pharmaceutical parenteral plants
- Creation, maintenance, review, and approval of project, plant, qualification, and HSE documentation (HSE = Health, Safety, Environment)
- Implementation and assurance of the state of the art and regulatory and internal requirements/guidelines in the area of HSE and GMP
- Evaluating, testing, and recommending new technologies in the area of parenteral processes
- Proactively supporting customers in defining and initiating investment projects including cost estimates and schedules
- Leading projects and assignments with responsibility for the technical solution, costs, and deadlines
Your applicant profile:
The perfect candidate has a technical basic education with a completed scientific degree. More than 3 years of professional experience in the design and operational engineering of galenic plants and possesses sound knowledge of GMP requirements as well as the process engineering aspects of process plants and package units in the area of sterile filling of liquid products.
- Technical basic education with a completed scientific degree (FH/TU), e.g., process engineering/pharmaceutical engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the design and operational engineering of galenic plants
- Sound understanding of GMP and process engineering requirements of process plants and package units in the area of sterile filling of liquid products
- Willingness to work in an agile, self-organized work environment
- Very good German skills and good English skills are required
- Independence, initiative, and integrity
- Goal-oriented, flexible working style to quickly respond to customer requests
- Questioning conventional thinking patterns and openness to new, creative ideas – also outside familiar fields ("out of the box thinking").
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and very good communication and coordination skills also in dealing with stakeholders and at all levels.
