What you achieve:
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns
- Development, management, and optimization of digital performance campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, Display, etc.)
- Analysis and monitoring of KPIs, deriving recommendations for action
- Support and further development of our own DSP (Ad Stack) and implementation of tracking tags (Adobe Launch)
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Participation in marketing and communication projects from idea to implementation

- In addition to completed vocational training and further education in marketing, you already have solid experience in performance marketing, either in-house or agency side
- Your proficient use of marketing tools such as Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, bid management tools, DV360 completes your profile
- Your analytical thinking, combined with your creativity and hands-on mentality, shape your professional appearance
- You enjoy teamwork and project work as well as driving things forward
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
