Your Tasks
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• Work in the areas of Technical Products: microphones, office equipment, image, sound, telephony and Editorial Products: books, comics, manga, video games
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
