Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Long Turner

Activities

Responsible for independently operating long turning machines (Star, Tornos)
Monitoring the manufacturing process and resolving simple malfunctions
Ensuring product quality through independent quality controls (measuring instruments, test plans)
Adherence to production targets and schedules
Contact person for technical and organizational questions within the late shift
Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth processes and shift handover

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or production mechanic EFZ
Machine knowledge of CNC long turning
Control knowledge (type: Fanuc)
Good professional experience in measurement and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)
Networked thinking and understanding of technical contexts
Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented mindset
