To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Zollikofen, we are looking for a service-oriented and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
What you will achieve
- You develop modern and practical HR instruments such as assessments, guidelines, checklists, process documents and thereby strengthen the work of the decentralized HR teams.
- You design and coordinate projects in the field of personnel development and work closely with stakeholders, management, specialist committees, and HR managers.
- You actively drive the establishment and further development of our talent management and succession processes.
- You make an important contribution to the content-related empowerment of the HR teams by developing training materials and conducting inputs or workshops.
What you bring
- Training in work psychology, business administration, human resources, or an equivalent field.
- Professional experience in personnel development, talent management, assessment/instrument development, and project work.
- An empathetic and communicative personality with creative ideas and high implementation competence.
- Very good German or French skills as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2); knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of conceptual work and collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
