The Child and Youth Protection department is looking for a commercial specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover. Would you like to combine your administrative skills with a meaningful activity?

• In close cooperation with professional guardians, you carry out administrative tasks for children and adolescents under guardianship.
• You work with social insurance and other institutions such as children’s homes or social services (e.g., reviewing files, making inquiries).
• You handle the daily correspondence in writing and by phone (e.g., billing, applications, payment transactions).
• You prepare invoices for the attention of the KESB.

• Commercial training and further education at the level of advanced professional examination or federal specialist certificate
• Professional experience in administrative client support in a comparable environment
• Optimistic attitude and excellent at structuring your own work area
• Ability to quickly recognize connections and approach a wide variety of contact persons
