About the job
What you can achieve
- You manage the materials and equipment of the polyclinic
- You are responsible for the completeness of the two emergency backpacks
- You organize external examinations (neurological consultations, EEG)
- You organize appointments for ECT and ketamine patients and care for them after their treatment
- You have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- You bring empathy in dealing with our psychiatric patients
- You appreciate a lively and dynamic work environment and enjoy working independently
- You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word/Excel) and ideally you are familiar with the clinical information system ORBIS
- You enjoy working in a small team and are able to flexibly adjust your workload during your colleagues' vacations.
