What you bring
- You have completed psychotherapy training and ideally have at least 3 years of professional experience
- You have the professional license for psychotherapy in the canton of Zurich – or you are willing to apply for it
- You have the desire and talent to build genuine relationships with adolescents, even when it gets challenging
- You are ready to work creatively and flexibly, sometimes outreach or with new methods – and you feel comfortable in the tension between adolescents, systems, and authorities
- You value your own balance and self-care – a plus that also benefits your team
- Ability and willingness to reflect on the professional relationship and personal contribution
