• You take on psychotherapeutic treatments with adolescents independently as part of our innovative support model
• You work closely with parents and families to find sustainable solutions together
• You contribute your expertise in psychodiagnostic assessments to make individual developmental paths visible

What you bring

• You have completed psychotherapy training and ideally have at least 3 years of professional experience
• You have the professional license for psychotherapy in the canton of Zurich – or you are willing to apply for it
• You have the desire and talent to build genuine relationships with adolescents, even when it gets challenging
• You are ready to work creatively and flexibly, sometimes outreach or with new methods – and you feel comfortable in the tension between adolescents, systems, and authorities
• You value your own balance and self-care – a plus that also benefits your team
• Ability and willingness to reflect on the professional relationship and personal contribution
