Your tasks
- Professional and personnel leadership of the internal service team specialist consulting meat with 4 employees
- Promotion and further development of employees including location and development discussions
- Responsibility for efficient organization and deployment planning within the team
- Participation in daily business and support with operational challenges
- Responsibility for customer consulting, complaint management, and offer preparation
- Planning and active sales of promotions in the meat and fish sector
- Creation of statistics and evaluations for customers
- Close and constructive cooperation with internal interfaces, especially category management
- Support and deputy of the sales management specialist consulting meat
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a butcher or cook, supplemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales in the meat industry
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills and proficient in handling digital tools
- Convincing, winning personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Decisive, resilient with pronounced assertiveness
- Analytical thinking, quality awareness, and high customer orientation
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French or Italian skills are an advantage
