YOUR TASKS

• 1st & 2nd level support on-site or remote
• Configuration and commissioning of ICT and peripheral devices
• Management and maintenance of clients and work environment
• Administration and maintenance of users in Microsoft Active Directory
• Setting up smartphones, landline devices, and VPN access
• Support in commissioning, maintenance, and monitoring of local/global IT infrastructure
• Participation and takeover of partial tasks in various ICT projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable education/qualification
• Good knowledge and experience in an ICT support function (Windows Server and clients, etc.)
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and Veeam is an advantage but not a requirement
• Very good German and English skills (Level C1) are necessary for daily tasks
• Good manners and communication skills
• Motivated as well as solution- and service-oriented
• Quick comprehension of processes and contexts, independent and responsible working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and contribution to a good team spirit
