Permanent contract, full-time/part-time (min. 32 hours per week)

Your Tasks
- Independent personnel support of assigned areas – from recruiting to exit including the associated administrative activities
- Advising managers and employees on all HR-related issues
- Collaboration with the works council
- Further development of recruiting processes and participation in job fairs
- Independently driving HR projects in the areas of digitization, process optimization, and standardization
- Support in designing and implementing personnel development measures
- Management of digital personnel time management for the assigned areas
Your Profile
- Degree with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (e.g., personnel specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR area, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company
- Good English skills
- Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
- Knowledge of payroll-relevant processes, especially social security and wage tax law, is an advantage
- Experience in personnel development
- Experience in international assignments is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and SAP knowledge are an advantage
- High level of discretion, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented on task packages
