Your Tasks

• Independent personnel support of assigned areas – from recruiting to exit including the associated administrative activities
• Advising managers and employees on all HR-related issues
• Collaboration with the works council
• Further development of recruiting processes and participation in job fairs
• Independently driving HR projects in the areas of digitization, process optimization, and standardization
• Support in designing and implementing personnel development measures
• Management of digital personnel time management for the assigned areas

Your Profile

• Degree with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (e.g., personnel specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR area, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company
• Good English skills
• Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
• Knowledge of payroll-relevant processes, especially social security and wage tax law, is an advantage
• Experience in personnel development
• Experience in international assignments is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and SAP knowledge are an advantage
• High level of discretion, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented on task packages
