What you achieve
The purpose of the role as Operations Manager (m/f/d) is to ensure that our customer-relevant standards are implemented. This includes, in addition to the well-known instructor/trainer activities, the following tasks:
Ensuring the implementation of standards within the studio
Personnel deployment planning
Employee management
Deputizing for the managing director in case of absence
Use of common IT systems

You have completed vocational training, ideally in the fitness and health industry
You have solid knowledge and professional experience in the health and fitness sector
You like to take responsibility, including for the work results of your employees and team colleagues
