Tasks

  • Operate and maintain all cinema and technical systems, including alarms.
  • Ensure functionality and cleanliness of all cinema and projection equipment.
  • Provide excellent guest service and assist with ticket sales and inquiries.

Skills

  • Experience in service roles, with technical understanding preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in German, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude towards guest interactions.

After the training phase, you will be able to actively support the cinema according to the deployment plan.

 



Your area of responsibility

  • Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all cinema and building technical systems (including alarm system)
  • Ensuring functionality, proper operation, maintenance and cleaning of all operational, cinema and projection equipment
  • Monitoring of image, sound, lighting, climate and screen content parameters
  • Detecting and fixing faults in the audio and projection systems
  • Co-responsibility for the care and operation of the cinema technical projection equipment and building technical systems
  • Checking air, image and sound quality in the cinema hall as well as general maintenance and repair work
  • Friendly and competent guest care and advice
  • Admission control as well as sale of tickets, vouchers and various kiosk items in the cinema
  • Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
  • Ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
  • Cleaning work in the cinema area 
  • Ensuring smooth operation in the cinema
  • Training and supporting our new employees

  • You have experience in the service sector and bring understanding and interest in technical processes
  • We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
  • Taking responsibility and an organized way of working are natural for you
  • You remain calm and act proactively in hectic situations 
  • You are communicative and communicate fluently in German
  • As a team player, you proactively share your knowledge and show active willingness to help 
  • With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations
