Project Manager Quality Assurance Thermal Projects (all)

• Ensuring consistent and sustainable quality in the construction of thermal energy centers and networks (heating and cooling networks, contracting systems)
• Responsibility for project-accompanying quality controls across all project phases – from planning to commissioning (SIA phases 2-5)
• Development, implementation, and continuous further development of standards for construction projects considering changing requirements and best practices
• Creation of practical templates as well as optimization and implementation of efficient processes and workflows to ensure quality, deadlines, and costs in project execution
• Early identification of quality risks as well as development and implementation of appropriate measures in close cooperation with the project teams
• Close collaboration within the department to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
• Training and advising internal project managers on quality-relevant topics
• Planning and management of selected projects in the field of thermal energy (time commitment up to a maximum of two working days per week)

• Successfully completed technical basic training in construction or energy, preferably in building services engineering
• Further education at TS, HF, FH, or ETH level in HVAC, building and energy technology, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in heating or energy technology, preferably in the planning or construction of heating networks
• Good business management knowledge and entrepreneurial qualities
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
