YOUR MISSION

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and handle their concerns by phone and in writing.
• You work independently, structured, and with great care.
• You actively coordinate with internal interfaces and ensure smooth processes.
• You record orders and offers precisely.
• You carefully check orders and process them independently.

HOW YOU MAKE US HAPPY

• You have completed commercial or equivalent training.
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of electrical household appliances.
• You have experience in telephone customer contact.
• You keep an overview and stay calm even in hectic situations.
• You convince with a strong service orientation and clear communication.
• You are confident in using MS Office.
• You have very good Swiss German skills.
• Your German is very good both spoken and written.
