• Overall management of the IT department including support, infrastructure, applications, and reporting
• Further development of the group-wide IT strategy, architecture, ERP systems, IT security standards, and data protection as well as monitoring their compliance
• Responsibility for the IT budget as well as contract and SLA management with external partners and service providers
• Ensuring a secure, strategically aligned, and cost-efficient operation of the IT infrastructure in Switzerland and abroad
• Consulting and close cooperation with locations/departments to identify their requirements and develop efficient and business-oriented IT solutions
• Co-designing digitalization and innovation projects (including the use of AI and automation)
• Leading or participating in strategic projects, especially in the context of company acquisitions
• Reporting to the group management

• Completed studies in computer science or business informatics
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
• Deep understanding and solid knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, security, and digitalization
• Experience in managing complex IT landscapes with distributed locations domestically and internationally, preferably in industry
• Confident in project and change management, with the ability to manage IT transformations in a structured way
• High leadership competence with a focus on empowerment, team development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and pragmatism
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
