Customer Service Advisor: Telephony 40%
In this position, you are the first point of contact for the various telephone customer inquiries of our insured persons. You will support the insured with their concerns by phone two days a week from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
Your profile:
- Empathetic, cheerful personality with a strong customer orientation
- Confident appearance and enjoyment of telephone work
- Proficient PC skills
- Flexible deployment (work schedule) on the following weekdays: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
- Good communication skills and high social competence
