The Sulser Group, with several operational subsidiaries and Sulser Logistik AG as the holding company, has been firmly established in the Swiss logistics market for 70 years. Swiss Leadership Academy AG is a newly founded company of the Sulser Group, specializing in the development and implementation of practical leadership courses in the management sector. In close cooperation with the established Swiss Logistics Academy AG, we create synergies in the field of adult education and are building a unique nationwide competence center for leadership courses in lower and middle management.
To successfully position the Swiss Leadership Academy in the market, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an entrepreneurial and dynamic personality as
Project– & Sales–Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your challenge
- Building, leading, and positioning the Swiss Leadership Academy in Switzerland
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Active customer acquisition including cold calling and building a sustainable network
- Representing the company to customers and partners
- Link to Swiss Logistics Academy AG regarding cross-selling activities and course development
- Market and trend analyses in the field of leadership training
- Responsibility for budget, target achievement, and reporting
Your competence DNA
- Several years of experience in a sales- or leadership-oriented role
- Solid know-how in business development, marketing, and customer acquisition
- Entrepreneurial, assertive, and strong communication personality
- Enjoy networking and confident appearance towards our customers
- Experience in project management
- High initiative, resilience, and willingness to travel within Switzerland
