The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Quality Management, we are looking for the Head of Quality Management immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Organizational and professional management of quality management
Responsible for the quality system (including document management and process documentation) and comprehensive certification according to ISO 9001
Consulting and supporting clinics, institutes, and departments in quality initiatives and further certifications
Complaint management and support of the Critical Incident Reporting System
Quality measurements, patient surveys, communication of results, and deriving measures together with process owners

Your Profile

Professional experience and further training in quality management, necessarily in a patient care facility, ideally in a Swiss acute care hospital
Professional experience from practical clinical activity in healthcare
You are a communicative, negotiation-secure, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
You value close interdisciplinary collaboration with all hospital departments
