The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Care Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 165 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center and the external living group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

• You care for and support our residents in the gerontopsychiatric long-term care area within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
• In this exciting and varied activity, you implement the nursing process, observe and recognize nursing needs
• You independently perform medical-technical tasks and diagnostic-therapeutic measures in stable care situations
• You accompany medical rounds and receive medical orders, which you carry out in stable care situations
• You ensure a smooth daily routine
• You record services and materials in the assigned area
• You accompany trainees in learning situations

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with treatment care course
• Experience, interest, and expertise in both long-term care and geriatric care
• Resilience, responsibility, initiative, and commitment
• High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
• Good oral and written German skills

• A competent, committed, and cheerful team
• Very good introduction
• High personal responsibility with appropriate scope for design
• A fair and market-compliant salary as well as time bonuses for weekend and evening shifts
