YOUR TASKS

• Personnel recruitment and development, focusing on attracting and promoting talents
• Support of the entire HR life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Administrative tasks in master data maintenance, processing social insurance and payroll-related changes, and other related duties
• Competent advice to managers and employees on all HR-related issues to ensure optimal support
• Active participation in the further development of HR processes and systems to continuously improve efficiency and quality

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed commercial training providing a solid foundation for the role
• Further training as an HR specialist
• Relevant professional experience in operational HR management
• Team-oriented and empathetic personality, convincing through social competence
• Independent and structured working style ensuring efficient and reliable task completion
• Strong service orientation and excellent German skills in spoken and written form to ensure professional communication
• High affinity for ICT topics and confident knowledge of MS Office
