To strengthen our team in the Digital area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d), 100% at the Basel Headquarters location starting 01.10.2025.

Your responsibilities

• You support the specialist departments in creating requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
• You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT as well as material resources and identify weaknesses.
• You collect, check, and document the professional needs and expectations of organizational units in their project undertakings.
• You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the recorded requirements.
• You prepare quality assurance measures according to the specified requirements.
• You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
• You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
• You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
• You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
• You lead small and/or partial projects.
• You develop subject-specific foundations for creating project orders.

Your profile

• You are well acquainted with retail and logistics processes, and business operations are familiar to you.
• You have experience with business and process analyses and bring good project management knowledge.
• Your conceptual and analytical skills are highly developed.
• You enjoy working in a team and in cross-departmental projects.
• You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. French and English skills are an advantage.
